All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Requests for return of goods must be received within thirty (30) days of the invoice (except defects). Any item deemed defective will be credited, replaced, and returned to you freight prepaid. The same stock number, color, and size will be replaced. No refunds or exchanges will be made outside of the warranty period. All closeouts are non-returnable. Any undergarments that have been worn are non-returnable. Please be advised that manufacturers require us to return merchandise for their inspection. Therefore, it may take some time to resolve the situation. All manufacturers decisions prevail.
The return item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories. You will receive a prompt refund, excluding shipping charges. Merchandise purchased with a credit card will be credited to the card used for that transaction.
Please note: Baseballs and softballs purchased by the dozen must be returned by the dozen.
We usually ship orders in 1 to 2 business days, then add additional time depending upon the Shipping Speed chosen at checkout (see Shipping Speeds below). Please exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays when calculating the arrival time of your order, as we only ship Monday thru Thursday from 8am to 5pm EST and on Friday from 8am to Noon EST. Please be advised that orders placed on Friday afternoon will not be processed until the following Monday, regardless of the shipping speed chosen.

- Standard (3-5 business days)
- Two-Day Shipping (2 business days)
- One-Day Shipping (1 business day)
TAX EXEMPT POLICY
We cannot process Tax Exempt orders via our website, as we cannot refund taxes accrued on an order placed online. Tax Exempt Organizations must place orders by calling our sales department at 1-800-327-0074.
Your new aluminum/composite bat carries up to a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects.
NEW BATS [UNUSED/UNOPENED]
All unused, new bats in their original “shrink wrapped” packaging may be returned to Anaconda Sports within 30 days of purchase. Please call Anaconda Sports at (800) 327-0074 for a Return Authorization. Unless products are defective or shipped in error, shipping charges are not refundable. If you return a Bat to Anaconda Sports that is out of its original packaging it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED BATS
All defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer. Defective or damaged bats may be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within one year of the purchase date. The bat manufacturer's phone numbers are shown below for your convenience. Please call them directly to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). We recommend that you keep your bat invoice as your proof of purchase.
