Infield and Outfield

The sooner you begin using Head Down Trainers, the easier it will be to train with them. Practice 10 minutes a day for just one month, you'll feel better and more confident about your ability to field your position. You will be well on your way to having what all great ball players have the machine-like ability to see the ball all the way into the glove on each and every play. This is a habit that will stay with you for as long as you play ball and help you avoid costly errors in the field.

First Base and Catcher

Use the Head Down Trainers training system to improve your in the dirt ball handling skills. In addition, catchers can work on preventing low-and-away passed balls.

Batting

Head Down Trainers will improve your batting average. Used during soft-toss drills or with a tee, Head Down Trainers will train you to keep your head and eyes down to concentrate on the ball at impact.

Removable Training Inserts

Head Down Trainers come with two sets of removable, custom static cling inserts that you can use over-and-over again for training. The inserts will screen an incoming ball unless you keep your eyes on the ball until it is in your glove. Practice with the large inserts until you feel confident then use the Head Down Drills Training Program each day.
