Size doesn't matter; it's how you use it or in the case of a sweetspot, its where you put it. Combat has gone back to basic physics to reduce the barrel size to 11, thereby moving the sweetspot out toward the end of the bat. By shortening the barrel, the swing speed at our sweetspot is 5% faster, resulting in 15 greater hit distance @300.
